All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International orders: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier availability, location, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: high-volume shipping periods (such as holidays), severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance delays for international shipments.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. GlucoClear is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
